Other Essentials
- Multiple SD Cards (128GB UHS-II) – Always use dual card slots for redundancy — no room for error on a wedding day.
- Extra Batteries (4–6) – Weddings are long, and mirrorless cameras can eat through batteries fast.
- Lens Cloths + Blower – Dust and smudges happen. I clean lenses constantly.
- Neck Strap – Keeps my gear around my neck as an extra safety measure, things can happen fast sometimes I need to free up one or both of my hands!
- DJI Mini 4 Pro – A compact yet powerful drone that delivers stunning 4K image quality, advanced obstacle sensing, and smooth cinematic tracking. Weighing in at under 250g, it’s lightweight enough to fly without FAA registration in most areas — making it ideal for capturing aerial shots at a variety of locations. (Of course, we always confirm with venues and follow local guidelines to ensure safe and respectful use.)
- Rain Covers & Clear Umbrellas – I always prep for weather, especially here in NC/SC
- Emergency Kit: Safety pins, band-aids, mints, bobby pins, and Advil. You’d be surprised how often this comes in handy!
